Kid's Parties: 
$30 per child.  6 person minimum and 12 maximum.  Children's rates are designated for the ages of 5-12 years old.  For children's parties at least one adult is needed for supervision.  Includes a 12x12” or 12x16" canvas with full painting supplies, 2 hours of painting instruction, and setup & cleanup of your event.  For birthdays, the birthday child gets to paint for FREE with a party of 12 painters!

Adult Parties: 
$35 per person.  6 person minimum and 12 maximum.  Includes a 16x20” canvas with full painting supplies, 2 hours of painting instruction, setup & cleanup of your event, and photos of your event.  The host gets to paint for FREE with a full party of 12 painters!

SUPPLIES INCLUDED FOR A CANVAS PAINT PARTY

  • one primed canvas with pre-sketched design per painter
  • one set of paintbrushes per painter
  • one water container per painter (I use cheap dog bowls. They don't tip!)
  • student grade acrylic paints (Artists Loft or Liquitex Basics)
  • paint palettes aka paper plates
  • one easel per painter
  • one apron per painter
  • paper towels and wet wipes

CHOOSING A PAINTING FOR YOUR PARTY

Choose a painting from the gallery below that best fits the theme for your party.  Do you want a custom design for your child's birthday, school event, or business party?  I can create a custom painting tailored toward your specific paint party event.  For this service there is a one time fee of $100.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PARTICIPANT COUNT

Participant count must be confirmed the day before your event.  You can raise the participant count after this confirmation; however, you can not reduce the count after final confirmation.

DEPOSIT

A $50 deposit is required to book and secure your party date/time.  The deposit is refundable if the party is cancelled within 3 calendar days after the date booked.  After 3 calendar days, the deposit is non-refundable.  You are allowed to change the party date one time without losing the deposit if you call to reschedule at least 24 hours before the party date.  The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your party on the day of the event.  Full payment is due upon set-up of the party.

PAINTINGS AND PROJECTS

Paintings and project themes can be chosen from the project galleries.  I can create a custom painting tailored toward your specific paint party event. For this service there is a one time fee of $100.

TRAVEL FEES

The first 1 hour of travel to your event is free!  Anything beyond a 1 hour drive we will add an additional travel fee.

PARTY PLANNING
